Job Description
Robert Half is searching for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a growing and reputable team and drive impactful HR initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of the HR function, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and recruitment.
Develop and implement policies, programs, and procedures that support business objectives and ensure legal compliance.
Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, providing guidance and support to staff and leadership.
Coach, develop, and partner with management on workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
Lead and manage HRIS processes and ensure data accuracy.
Stay abreast of industry trends, legislative changes, and best practices to ensure policies and processes remain current.
Foster a diverse, inclusive, and positive culture that champions innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
Coordinate and administer benefits programs, including leave management and open enrollment.
Drive HR projects and initiatives, including training, organizational development, and process improvement.
