Robert Half is seeking an experienced Temporary HR Manager to lead and support key human resources functions during an interim assignment. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can manage daily HR operations, support employees and leadership, and help maintain compliance, consistency, and efficiency across HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day human resources operations during the temporary assignment. Support employee relations, policy administration, and performance management. Partner with leadership on HR priorities, workforce planning, and organizational needs. Manage employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS updates. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring coordination as needed. Help ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices. Maintain accurate employee records, reporting, and documentation. Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR procedures and workplace issues. Support process improvements and help drive efficient HR workflows.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar human resources leadership role preferred. Strong knowledge of employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management. Experience working with HRIS platforms; Workday experience is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
