Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2-3+ years of people management experience. Broad experience across employee relations, recruiting, benefits/total rewards, performance management, and HR compliance. Strong working knowledge of
HRIS/ATS
platforms and federal, state, and local employment requirements. #
