This is a true seat at the table with the CEO. You'll define the people strategy, upgrade talent, and install a high-performance culture that actually drives results. This position will pay between $160-$175K on a base salary Why This Role Direct access to the CEO and leadership team Blank slate to build HR the right way Visible role where your work moves the business What You'll Do Turn HR into a competitive advantage Build and execute a people strategy tied to growth Lead hiring, performance, comp, and compliance Install simple, effective systems that leaders actually use Drive accountability, talent upgrades, and faster decisions What You Bring 7+ years of HR leadership experience Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related discipline required, Master's degree and/or SHRM Certification Preferred Medical Device or Pharma Experience Strongly Preferred Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions Builder mindset—you execute, not over-engineer Strong business acumen and leadership presence Not for You If You prefer a slow pace, heavy process, or low visibility.
