We are business partners, integrated into the business to provide SME level feedback and dynamic tension. You will gain a deep understanding of the business group you support and be pushed to expand on your HR skillset from the tactical to the strategic. You will be responsible for maintaining and championing our culture to those inside your circle of influence. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining healthy and consistent communication pathways between leadership, the employees, and other ITS sites.
