Job DescriptionManage and provide input regarding the direction of the Human Resources functions of employee relations, employment, training and benefit activities.

Conduct and develop leadership level training.

Supports the recruitment effort for all team members; works closely with corporate Talent Acquisition to ensure best hiring practices are in place; works with supervisors to screen and interview candidates.

Manages the administration of the annual Team Member Opinion Survey and supporting action plan activities for corporate and shared service team membersEnsure all departments are supported through development and implementation of new procedures for the effective operation of the Human Resources department.

Administer and communicate company policies, procedures and programs.

Promote effective communication between employees and management.

Coordinate activities to meet the training needs of the propertyManagers the performance evaluation process and all components of the talent management cycleReview and advise management staff on matters dealing with performance and conduct issues, employee relations, including labor issues.

Participates in developing engagement and human resource goals, objectives and systems for the corporate office and shared service functions.

Manages the onboarding process for new team members; conducts orientation as required.

Advises management team regarding discipline and termination related matters.

Participates in HR and departmental staff meetings as required.

Maintains and updates appropriate organizational charts.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws.

QualificationsAble to work 5 days a week onsite. This position is not hybrid. Flexible to work weekends and other shifts for team engagement events.

A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related fieldThree years of human resource experienceExcellent interpersonal and communications skills to work with and interact with all levels of team membersStrong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Strong Microsoft Office application skills.

Knowledge in HR legal compliance, employee relations, culture and communications.
