What You'll Do Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, onboarding, and development efforts to attract and retain top talent Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll to ensure competitive, compliant, and cost-effective programs Cultivate an engaging, inclusive workplace culture and serve as the trusted point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution Advise senior management on organizational design, workforce planning, and legal compliance Maintain and update policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with changing labor laws Drive training initiatives, including compliance, anti-harassment, and diversity & inclusion programs Qualifications / What We're Looking For 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a nonprofit environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Deep knowledge of employment laws, HRIS platforms, and payroll systems Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Strong management skills with the ability to operate strategically and tactically Exceptional emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and a passion for our mission Why Join the Team?
