Human Resources Business Partner We're partnering with a leading industrial services organization to identify an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a multi-site workforce across 15+ locations. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with operational leaders, and has strong employee relations and leave management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across multiple locations. Lead employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Deliver leadership and employee training programs. Support FMLA, ADA, STD, and LTD administration while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Partner with hiring managers on recruiting and onboarding initiatives. Analyze HR trends and recommend solutions that improve engagement and performance. Travel up to 40% to provide onsite support and strengthen leadership partnerships.

Qualifications:
