Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving, engaged workforce. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment and labor laws. Your energetic leadership will drive organizational growth through effective change management, strategic planning, and innovative HR solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our company culture while ensuring operational excellence in human capital management. Responsibilities Implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning and organizational design. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing, recruiting processes, and onboarding programs to attract top talent. Oversee employee orientation, training & development programs, and performance management systems to enhance employee engagement and growth. Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment. Administer benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other employment laws. Coordinate with leadership on strategic initiatives like affirmative action planning, succession planning, and change management projects to support organizational evolution. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management practices. In-depth knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and HR compliance standards. Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies; familiarity with social media management for recruiting is a plus. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments and influence organizational change. Experience with HRIS platforms including ADP or similar systems for payroll processing and data analysis. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism; prior administrative experience is advantageous.
