6/2/2026 HR Manager Reading, PA (onsite) We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resource functions in our manufacturing environment. The HR Manager will be responsible for benefits, recruitment, onboarding, compensation, employee relations, performance management, training, employee engagement and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing industry and a hands-on approach to management.
Responsibilities:
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and open enrollment. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the manufacturing sector. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and training programs. Administer compensation programs and ensure market competitiveness. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR policies, workplace issues, and conflict resolution. Promote a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns and fostering open communication. Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and industry regulations. Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation for audits and compliance requirements. Conduct investigations and handle disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment (required). Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Managerial experience required. Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll processing, and benefits administration. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Please contact Bryan Flynn at bflynn@clarkdavis.com
