Human Resource Payroll Manager III:
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. and Canadian employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local regulations. Manage payroll schedules, reconciliations, reporting cycles, filings, and remittances. Partner with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors to ensure payroll data integrity and seamless system integration. Monitor changes to U.S. and Canadian payroll legislation and tax regulations and ensure ongoing compliance. Support and lead payroll-related audits, internal controls, and risk mitigation efforts. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing payroll team while promoting accountability, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and technology enhancements to improve payroll accuracy and efficiency. Monitor payroll KPIs and SLAs and provide reporting and strategic insights to senior leadership. Human Resource Payroll Manager III:
5-7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including experience in a leadership or management role. Strong experience with both U.S. and Canadian payroll processing and tax compliance . Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. CPP or PCP certification preferred. Advanced experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or ADP GlobalView . Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud , including payroll data management, integrations, and reporting. Strong understanding of payroll systems, HRIS integrations, payroll reporting, and compliance requirements. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience driving payroll process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies preferred.
