Human Resources Director HR Confidential West Mifflin, PA Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Teamwork Management Employment law Process improvement HR legal compliance Performance management Recruiting Interviewing Full Job Description We are seeking an energetic and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR initiatives and foster a vibrant, compliant, and high-performing workplace. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Your leadership will drive HR programs that support our business objectives and cultivate a positive organizational culture. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape HR strategies that empower our workforce and promote continuous growth. Responsibilities Lead all HR operations for the facility Drive interviewing and onboarding Manage employee relations and investigations Oversee benefits, payroll coordination, and leave (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp) Ensure compliance with federal, PA, and local employment laws Partner with leadership on workforce planning and culture Maintain personnel files and HRIS data integrity Support training, performance management, and engagement
Qualifications:
Healthcare or long-term care HR experience Experience with HRIS platforms (UKG, ADP, Paycom, etc.) 5+ years of HR experience, with 2+ in a leadership role Strong knowledge of PA and federal employment law
Preferred:
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification Experience with FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, and worker's comp Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts and resolve employee conflicts effectively. Experience in organizational design, succession planning, performance management systems, and process improvement initiatives.
