HR Manager Essential Functions:
Coordinates and conducts new employee orientation and initial health and safety training Recruits, interviews and aids in final selection process of new employees needed to fill vacant or newly created positions Drafts and recommends HR SOP's Administers all current compensation and benefit programs as well as makes recommendations for program enhancements. Plans and manages all employee communication programs related to human resources, i.e. newsletters, job postings, policy memos, goal attainment, etc. Handles compliance records and stays updated on new procedures and laws. Must be able to communicate with leadership and hourly staff Some Must haves are a 4-year degree in HR or related field. 3 plus years in the field and leadership over a small time. The ability wear many hats and support the team as needed. Manufacturing knowledge.
