Caregiver Relations Business Partner -
Employee Relations DEPT:
PHYSICIAN NETWORK HUMAN RESOURCES
Full-Time / 8am - 5:00pm / EXEMPT (SALARY) Description Are you passionate about fostering a positive environment where every individual is treated with dignity and respect? Premier Health is seeking a Caregiver Relations Business Partner to navigate the caregiver experience in both unionized and non-unionized settings. Join us in shaping a Just Culture of excellence, where caregivers, patients, and community members feel valued and respected. As a CRBP, you'll provide advice, consultation, and guidance on employee relations, performance, and behavior concerns in a fair and consistent manner.
HYBRID / WORK-FROM-HOME AVAILABLE

BE LOCATED WITHIN REASONABLE DRIVING DISTANCE TO DAYTON, OH.
(within approximately one hour driving distance) Responsibilities
  • Minimize business risk and enhance company Just Culture
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Resolve caregiver relations issues in a timely manner
  • Provide coaching on HR policies and practices
  • Deliver high levels of customer service to caregivers
  • Conduct training on various HR topics
  • Identify legal requirements affecting HR functions

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or Industrial Psychology
  • 1-3 years of job-related experience
PHR/SHRM-CP
certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment law
