Corporate Human Resources Director (Remote - Multi-Site Support)
Travel:
Up to 50% Help strengthen HR practices across a growing multi-site organization! We are seeking a hands-on Human Resources Director who enjoys working directly with HR teams, traveling to different locations, and ensuring strong and consistent HR practices across an organization. This role reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and plays an important role in supporting HR staff across multiple locations. The HR Director ensures the consistent implementation of HR systems, policies, and processes through training, on-site support, HR audits, and operational guidance. While this position is remote, the role requires frequent travel to organizational locations to support HR teams, deliver training, assist with acquisition transitions, and help ensure HR processes are implemented consistently across the organization. This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being in the field, supporting HR teams, and helping organizations operate with strong and consistent HR practices. What You'll Do Support HR staff across multiple locations with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems Serve as a subject matter expert for HR systems and internal HR processes Travel to organizational locations to provide hands-on HR support and training Conduct HR audits to ensure consistent HR documentation and process implementation Provide technical guidance and support to HR staff and leadership teams Assist with HR transitions during acquisitions and organizational growth Support special HR projects and organizational initiatives Partner with the CHRO to ensure consistent HR practices across locations What We're Looking For Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required) Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Leadership (preferred) Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience Experience supporting multi-site organizations preferred Experience delivering training and supporting HR staff Strong understanding of HR systems, HR documentation, and HR operational processes Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to travel up to 50% Why Join Our Team Opportunity to support HR teams across multiple locations Work directly with the Chief Human Resources Officer Be involved in organizational growth and acquisitions Play a key role in strengthening HR practices across the organizationSimilar remote jobs
