Partner with Corporate Function leaders to translate enterprise strategy into workforce, capability, and organizational priorities Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior executives on organizational health, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, and talent strategy Lead organization design initiatives, including structural evolution, spans and layers analysis, workforce optimization, and transformation planning Drive enterprise workforce planning and capability strategies, identifying future-critical skills and aligning investments with business priorities Lead succession planning and leadership pipeline development across Corporate Functions while supporting enterprise talent mobility initiatives Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Strategy, Legal, Compliance, and HR Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment between people strategy, governance, and operational execution Support and guide complex organizational change initiatives, restructuring efforts, and sensitive employee matters with strong executive judgment and discretion Monitor leadership, capability, and organizational risks while ensuring consistent application of enterprise governance standards Align regional HR execution with global functional priorities to ensure consistency across the North America region Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners supporting Corporate Functions across North America More about you: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field required 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including strategic HR Business Partner support to senior executives and enterprise functional leaders Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, succession management, and organizational effectiveness Proven experience leading transformation, restructuring, and change management initiatives within complex organizations Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders while building trusted partnerships Experience operating within matrixed, global, and multi-regional organizations Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies to enterprise performance priorities Exceptional judgment, resilience, and ability to navigate ambiguity, complexity, and sensitive organizational matters Experience partnering across HR Centers of Excellence and regional HR teams to drive enterprise-wide outcomes Advanced proficiency with HRIS systems, workforce analytics, and data visualization tools such as Power BI preferred MBA, executive coaching certification, or change management certification preferred A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova.
