EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE SUPERVISOR
Seeking a full-time Employee Experience Supervisor to work within the leadership team within the Employee Experience Department, responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day employee experience operations while supporting compliance, consistency, and a positive workplace culture. This position supervises employee experience staff and serves as a primary resource to supervisors and employees across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Minimum of three (3) years of human resources experience with demonstrated expertise in Massachusetts employment law, including PFML, ADA, Wage & Hour, and Unemployment. Nonprofit experience preferred. PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred, or commitment to obtain certification. One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization. Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and ability to travel for meetings and community engagement. Ability to lift and carry objects up to 20 pounds and perform moderate physical activity as required.
COMPENSATION
Non-negotiable Salary:
$68,464.50
Staged Hiring Bonus:
$1,000, ½ awarded at 120 days of employment and other half at one year of employment.
