What You'll Do:
Recruitment Lead recruitment for management roles, focusing on attracting top-tier talent for positions such as Assistant Manager and above. Develop innovative recruiting strategies that go beyond traditional hiring practices to build a strong, engaged talent pipeline. Collaborate with leaders across multiple locations to conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and assist in the selection process. Employee Relations Act as a trusted partner to managers, handling employee relations issues such as conflict resolution and grievances. Provide expert guidance on employment laws and company policies to maintain a positive, compliant workplace. Launch and support initiatives that promote employee engagement and foster a collaborative work culture. Onboarding & Personnel Changes Ensure new hires have a seamless onboarding experience that sets them up for success. Oversee promotions, transfers, and terminations, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. HR Projects & Reporting Drive HR projects that enhance our processes and systems, creating efficiencies that benefit the entire company. Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on potential improvements.
What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
