Job Description
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or equivalent advisory role. Demonstrated experience advising leaders on performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning. Strong working knowledge of US and HR compliance requirements. Familiarity or working knowledge of Canadian employment regulations and HR practices. Experience supporting organizational change and talent management initiatives. Ability to interpret HR analytics and translate insights into business recommendations. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build credibility at multiple leadership levels.Preferred:
Experience supporting a manufacturing, industrial, or technical workforce. Experience within a matrixed or global organization. Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS systems. Exposure to US and Canadian immigration matters, including work authorization, cross‑border transfers, and coordination with external immigration counsel, is a strong asset. HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR). Regular use of a computer, phone, and other office equipment is required. The role requires frequent communication with leaders and employees across multiple sites. Occasional travel (up to 20%) to Stationary Division locations may be required. Physical requirements include prolonged periods of sitting, typing, and participating in meetings (virtual and in-person).
