Job Description
- About this role:
- Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Management Director to lead the HR Data Management Oversight function within the HR Data organization.
- In this role, you will:
- + Lead and scale the HR Data Domain function, including data ownership, stewardship, metadata, quality, and lifecycle management.
Required Qualifications:
- + 10+ years of Data Management, Business Research, Analytics, or Project Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + 4+ years of management or leadership experience + Demonstrated experience establishing or running data governance or data management operating models at scale.
Desired Qualifications:
- + Strong understanding of banking enterprise data policy and frameworks, including data ownership, stewardship, quality, metadata, and controls. + Experience supporting Human Resources, People Data, or regulated enterprise data domains. + Experience operating in matrixed, large‑scale organizations. + Strong executive communication and decision‑facilitation skills.

- Pay Range
- Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $185,000.00 - $300,000.00
