Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals Manage the recruitment and selection process Finishing employee handbook Oversee onboarding and employee orientation programs Set up training courses Support current and future business needs through employee development Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies Maintain compensation plans, benefits program and payoff of Profit Sharing Monitor performance management systems Promote a positive workplace culture Requirements and Skills Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the US and Canada Knowledge of HR systems and databases Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels Problem-solving and decision-making skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Preferred Qualifications= HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) Experience in both the United States and Canada Leadership or management experience Work Environment /
