Job Description

Linx Autism Services is seeking an energetic and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR functions and foster a vibrant, productive workplace culture. In this pivotal role, you will drive talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, and compliance initiatives to support our company's growth and success. Your leadership will empower teams, streamline HR processes, and ensure our organization remains a top employer in the industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape HR strategies that align with business objectives while promoting a positive employee experience. Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational goals and foster a high-performance culture. Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding. Manage employee relations by resolving conflicts, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating effective communication across all levels of the organization. Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and other relevant regulations. Administer benefits programs, payroll systems (e.g., Auris), and workers' compensation claims. Lead organizational design initiatives, succession planning, and change management projects to optimize workforce structure and efficiency. Supervise HR staff, providing guidance on HR sourcing, training & development, employee evaluation processes, and program management to enhance team capabilities. Deep understanding of employment & labor law compliance, including OSHA regulations and contracts management. Proven negotiation skills for resolving disputes and managing vendor relationships related to benefits administration or HR technology solutions. Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and employee onboarding processes. Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead HR teams effectively while fostering collaboration. Expertise in performance management systems, employee relations strategies, and conflict resolution techniques. Excellent communication skills for delivering presentations on HR initiatives and facilitating organizational change. Knowledge of HR metrics, including data analysis skills for workforce planning and process improvement initiatives. Ability to manage budgets related to HR programs while aligning with strategic planning objectives. Familiarity with recruitment tools like Indeed and other hiring processes.
