Schroll@RobertHalf com. HYBRID role - 1-2 days per week from home once up and runningRobert Half is partnering with a growing multi-entity organization to hire an experienced Human Resources Manager.

This leadership role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on HR professional who can oversee core human resources functions across multiple locations and states. The HR Manager will lead initiatives related to compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR operations. This person will also partner closely with leadership to build consistent HR practices, support a positive employee experience, and align people strategies with business goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead HR operations across multiple entities and multi-state locationsEnsure compliance with employment laws, wage and hour regulations, OSHA, EEOC, and internal policiesServe as the primary point of contact for the company's PEO related to benefits, HR administration, and payroll supportOversee payroll processes in partnership with finance and ensure data accuracyManage employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and performance-related issuesDirect recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts to support workforce needsEvaluate and enhance compensation and benefits programs in partnership with leadership and external partnersGuide performance review processes, employee development, and succession planning initiativesOversee HR systems, reporting, employee records, and process improvementsSupervise and mentor HR support staffQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilityDemonstrated experience supporting employees across multiple states and entitiesStrong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practicesBackground working with payroll, benefits administration, and employee relationsStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of discretion and professionalismFor immediate consideration, please apply today and/or email your resume to Drew.
