Job Overview We are seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to support our growing U.S. organization. This role will be responsible for talent acquisition, HR operations and compliance, performance management, and general HR administration. A key priority of this position is to identify and recruit strong commercial, professional, and management talent. Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment for key commercial, professional, and management positions, including proactive candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits coordination, employee records, and employee relations.
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable U.S. federal, state, and local employment requirements.
- Coordinate employee performance management and work with department heads to establish clear responsibilities and performance expectations.
- Oversee essential HR and office administrative matters. Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience.
- Experience independently managing HR responsibilities.
- Strong recruiting and direct-sourcing capabilities.
- Solid knowledge of U.S. HR practices, employee benefits, employee relations, and employment compliance.
- Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, life sciences, scientific products, or related B2B industries is preferred.
- Strong judgment, ownership, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
