About the Role As the Lead HR Business Partner, you'll support our nuclear operations by partnering with leaders to drive people strategies, workforce planning, talent initiatives, employee relations, organizational development, and change management efforts. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while helping build high-performing teams and an engaging workplace culture. What You'll Do Partner with leaders up to VP/GM level to drive talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business performance across the organization. Lead people and talent initiatives including workforce planning, change management, leadership coaching, organizational development, and culture-focused programs that support growth and retention. Use workforce analytics, business insights, and organizational assessments to identify opportunities, influence decision-making, and deliver strategic HR solutions aligned with business goals. Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, HR policies, labor compliance, and risk mitigation while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. Collaborate cross-functionally with HR teams, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to deliver impactful people programs, training initiatives, and communication strategies that enhance the employee experience. Communicate with empathy, influence, and confidence, effectively navigating sensitive conversations, stakeholder relationships, and complex organizational challenges. What You'll Bring 5+ years of HR or related experience with a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred, or 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree. Nuclear industry or power generation experience required. Advanced HR Business Partner expertise, including workforce planning, change management frameworks, organizational development, and alignment of HR strategies with business objectives. Strong business and financial acumen with experience in workforce analytics, talent forecasting, succession planning, stakeholder partnership, and data-driven decision-making. Experience in labor relations, compliance, HR policies, HR technology, AI-enabled tools, and management of complex cross-functional HR initiatives and projects.
