What You'll Do Partner with leaders to support talent initiatives, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Provide HR guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, career development, disciplinary actions, and HR policy interpretation.
Analyze workforce trends and HR data to deliver insights, recommendations, and business-focused solutions.
Support compliance, labor relations, and change management initiatives in partnership with Legal, HR teams, and business leaders.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and stakeholders to support strategic HR initiatives and employee experience programs.
Facilitate workforce planning, succession planning, organizational restructures, and training initiatives.
Develop presentations, communications, and recommendations related to HR and people programs.
Mentor and support junior HR Business Partner team members while helping drive collaboration and continuity across the HRBP function.
Lead HR-related projects and initiatives to support operational effectiveness and business objectives. What You'll Bring 5+ years of HR or related experience with a bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources or a related field (7+ years preferred), or 8+ years of related HR experience without a degree.
Proven experience leading HR teams and serving as an HR Business Partner or strategic HR leader within complex, highly regulated industries such as energy, utilities, nuclear, oil & gas, or power generation.
Strong business and financial acumen with experience aligning HR strategies to business objectives, analyzing workforce data, and driving business outcomes.
Advanced experience in change management frameworks, organizational transformation, and leading complex cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Experience supporting employee relations, compliance, HR policy interpretation, talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
