About the Team The P&T Business Partner team helps Workday leaders connect people strategy to business outcomes. Our team works closely with Workday's HR COEs and senior leadership in the business to create a connected ecosystem. We are passionate about d building the capabilities and leadership pipelines that fuel Workday's continued growth About the Role This is a hybrid role where you will be a People Business Partner supporting business leaders and a Talent Partner to P&P CoEs. This is a newly created role designed to elevate how Workday achieves talent outcomes within one of its most critical organizations. The role will be dotted-line reporting into the VP of Talent Management and Development. For the People Business Partner role, you will partner with the Product / Solution Marketing leadership team working through business opportunities on how Workday best shares our product narrative to customers.
