Regional HR Director Salary:
$150,000 – $175,000+ Base + 15%

Regional HR Director:
Partner with senior executives on workforce planning, organizational development, talent strategy, and employee engagement initiatives Lead HR operations across multiple locations, ensuring effective support for leadership and employees Serve as the escalation point for complex employee relations, compliance, and policy matters Oversee performance management, talent development, engagement programs, and key HR processes Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals while promoting consistency and best practices across locations Champion HR technology, AI initiatives, and process improvement efforts to increase efficiency and effectiveness Qualifications for the
Regional HR Director:
Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior HR leadership role partnering directly with executive leadership Experience supporting blue-collar, warehouse, production, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or similar operational workforces Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, employee relations, compliance, audits, and HRIS platforms Prior people leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop HR teams across multiple locations Comfortable balancing strategic leadership responsibilities with hands-on day-to-day HR operations Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20% to 25% throughout the southeastern United States #
