Responsible Investment Program Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the lifecycle of FIIG's RI offerings, shaping roadmap and product strategy for ESG/Sustainable/Impact/SRI-aligned strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design enhancements and position FI's ESG products for global institutional clients. You will stay ahead of ESG regulatory trends and market developments to keep offerings competitive. This is an opportunity to influence how FIIG delivers responsible investing at scale and to support client-focused ESG outcomes.

Compensation / Benefits

• Support ESG-product strategy, roadmap, and business cases with firm stakeholders
• Conduct market and competitor analysis for ESG-product design and enhancement
• Create external product positioning, value propositions, and key client-facing answers
• Support the RI team in client/prospect requests and internal ESG training
• Maintain expertise on ESG regulatory trends, standards, and best practices
• Monitor market developments from external bodies, frameworks (e.g., PRI), and ESG labels Tasks
• 5+ years in financial services with at least 3 years in ESG-product development, investment management, or manager research at an asset manager or investment consultant
• Strong understanding of global equity markets and institutional investing
• Knowledge of ESG-related investor/regulatory trends in EU (SFDR), UK, and US
• Experience using investment tools and ESG data providers (e.g., FactSet, Morningstar)
