$125-150k About Our Client Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) who will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders. This role offers the opportunity to influence organizational growth, lead change initiatives, and help shape a high-performing workforce within an evolving business environment. The ideal candidate is a confident and business-minded HR professional who excels at balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution. This individual will bring strong business acumen, experience navigating organizational change, and the ability to operate independently while influencing stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization. Position Summary The Senior HRBP will partner closely with leadership teams to align people strategies with business objectives, support organizational transformation efforts, and drive initiatives that enhance workforce effectiveness. This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to navigate ambiguity while making informed decisions that support both employees and the business. As the organization continues to modernize and embrace new technologies, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting change management, process improvements, and workforce evolution initiatives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across assigned business units, providing guidance on organizational and talent-related matters. Partner with leadership teams to support business objectives, workforce planning, and long-term growth strategies. Provide insights and recommendations that align HR initiatives with organizational priorities. Influence decision-making through strong business acumen and a data-driven approach. Employee Relations & Leadership Coaching Lead complex employee relations matters and provide guidance on sensitive workplace issues. Coach managers and leaders on performance management, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. Assess risk and recommend appropriate actions while ensuring consistency and compliance. Support leaders in navigating challenging employee situations with professionalism and confidence. Organizational Design & Workforce Planning Partner with leadership to evaluate organizational structures and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and scalability. Support organizational design initiatives, role alignment efforts, and workforce planning strategies. Assist leaders in developing teams that support future business growth and evolving operational needs. Change Management & Business Transformation Lead and support change management initiatives associated with organizational growth, process improvements, and business transformation. Help drive adoption of new technologies, systems, and ways of working across the organization. Partner with leaders to successfully navigate change and build employee engagement throughout transitions. Support initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and align employees with business objectives. HR Operations & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the employee experience. Recommend and implement HR solutions that drive operational efficiency and business outcomes. Partner with Centers of Excellence and cross-functional HR teams to ensure seamless execution of HR programs and initiatives. Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices to support continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including Human Resources Business Partner experience. Proven ability to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders. Strong employee relations experience, including handling complex and sensitive workplace matters. Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, and workforce planning initiatives. Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and driving business-focused HR solutions. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and relationship management skills. Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership coaching abilities.
