Job Description

Regional Area Manager We're looking for a driven Regional Area Manager to lead multiple branch locations, develop high-performing teams, strengthen client partnerships, and drive regional growth. This role is ideal for a confident, goal-oriented leader who thrives on accountability, business development, operational excellence, and helping others succeed. What You'll Lead As Regional Area Manager, you will oversee regional operations while serving as a key coach, strategist, and escalation point for branch performance, client relationships, leadership development, and business growth. You'll be responsible for: Leading multi-branch operations and ensuring consistent execution of company standards Coaching, mentoring, and developing Branch Managers and future leaders Driving sales growth, client retention, account expansion, and new business development Building strong client relationships through strategic visits, reviews, and proactive communication Monitoring performance metrics, financial results, branch goals, and regional business plans Creating action plans to improve accountability, productivity, profitability, and team performance Supporting internal hiring, onboarding, leadership training, and succession planning Partnering with senior leadership on regional strategy, process improvement, and company initiatives Ensuring compliance, safety, risk management, and operational best practices across the region Providing hands-on support during urgent escalations, staffing challenges, or high-priority branch needs Developing and executing market growth strategies that increase revenue, market share, and branch profitability across the region. Partnering with branch leadership to strengthen recruiting strategies and ensure consistent talent pipelines.
