Heritage Imaging is welcoming a new Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Partner to drive recruiting strategy, strengthen our workforce, and support leaders across multiple states and imaging modalities. If you thrive at the intersection of strategic talent acquisition and hands‑on HR partnership, this is the role that will let you make a real impact! What You'll Do The Talent Acquisition and Human Resources (TA/HR) Partner plays a key role in supporting the organization's growth by leading recruitment strategy, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with leaders across multiple states and imaging modalities. This hybrid role is responsible for both talent acquisition operations and HR partnership, ensuring the organization has the workforce, processes, and support needed to meet current and future demands. This position will pioneer the new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with the team, streamlining and implementing recruitment workflows and best practices, improving candidate experience, and strengthening sourcing strategies. The TA/ HR Partner collaborates closely with division leaders, Sales, and M&A teams to align staffing plans with business growth projections, new service lines, and potential acquisitions. On the HR partnership side, this role supports leaders with employee relations, learning & development, retention strategies, and organizational development. The position requires strong relationship‑building skills, a proactive approach to problem‑solving, and a deep commitment to supporting both employees and leaders across a multi‑state medical imaging environment. What You Bring 3+ years in Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist/Specialist, Employee Relations or HRBP roles Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or associated degree Strong understanding of federal and multi-state employment laws Experience supporting leaders with recruiting, employee relations and HR processes Relationship‑builder with strong communication and problem‑solving skills
