In this role, you'll do more than manage HR processes—you'll help shape a workplace where people feel supported, respected, and able to do their best work. If you enjoy balancing strategy with hands-on work, building strong relationships, and making systems run smoothly behind the scenes, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do As our HR Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of HR while also contributing to long-term organizational success. Your work will support employees across their lifecycle and help maintain a positive, compliant, and well-run workplace. Payroll & Benefits Oversee and process bi-weekly payroll, including onboarding new employees into the system Manage benefits administration (enrollment, changes, terminations) Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws and maintain accurate payroll records Serve as a go-to resource for employee questions about pay and benefits Compliance & HR Operations Keep HR policies, handbooks, and procedures current and compliant Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws Support audits and maintain organized, accurate documentation Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinate onboarding processes to support a smooth and welcoming employee experience Ensure all required documentation and systems setup are completed accurately Manage offboarding processes, including exit documentation and coordination Employee Relations & Performance Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers Support performance management, coaching, and development planning Lead the annual performance review process with fairness and consistency HR Administration & Reporting Maintain confidential and compliant employee records Track HR metrics and provide insights to leadership Help develop and communicate workplace policies and practices Health & Safety Support workplace safety initiatives and compliance Coordinate workers' compensation and incident reporting
