Charleston, SC Join Our Growing Team! We are a well-established Hospitality Labor Management Company (Staffing) seeking a Bilingual Area Manager for our Charleston, SC operations. We partner with upscale hotels and resorts , providing professional hospitality staff including housekeepers, housemen, front desk agents, laundry attendants, maintenance technicians, cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and public area attendants . This is a career opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working with people and building relationships. $65,000-$70,000 annual starting pay. Opportunity for monthly bonus program also. Position Overview The Area Manager will oversee staffing operations for hotel clients in the Charleston area. The ideal candidate is a strong professional "people person" who can interact confidently with both employees and clients while maintaining excellent service standards. Key Responsibilities Manage daily staffing operations for hotel and resort clients Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel management teams Recruit qualified candidates by coordinating with our HR Department and utilizing platforms such as Indeed and social media Conduct interviews, onboarding, and employee orientation Ensure proper staffing coverage for client properties Address employee concerns and maintain positive team morale Monitor service quality and ensure client satisfaction Assist with performance management and employee coaching Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Previous hotel , hospitality management, or leadership experience preferred Hospitality staffing experience is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Professional appearance and demeanor Proficiency with computers and social media recruiting Must be motivated and serious about building a career Compensation & Benefits $65,000-$70,000 annual pay Health Insurance (70% paid by employer) Dental Insurance (70% paid by employer) Vision Insurance (100% paid by employer) Paid Time Off 9 Paid Holidays per year , including: 2 days at Christmas, 2 days at Thanksgiving Why Join Us Strong corporate back-office support team , including Accounting, Payroll, Compliance, and Human Resources Opportunity to work with beautiful hotel and resort properties A wonderful and supportive team environment Company operations in 8 states: Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, IL and Alabama A rewarding and challenging role with career growth potential If you are a driven leader who enjoys working with people and thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment , we would love to hear from you.
