What You Will Do:
- + Balance property-specific and corporate HR priorities while executing enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
- + 5-7 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Strong HR generalist background prepares you to support diverse and complex teams. + Multi-property and/or hospitality experience preferred
- Experience in dynamic environments equips you to flexibly support multiple hotel needs. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A solid educational foundation supports strategic HR thinking and execution. + Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
- Tech-forward HR leaders can leverage systems to drive efficiency and transparency. + Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and listening skills
- Essential for influencing leaders and building trust across properties. + Bilingual capabilities (based on market needs)
- Enhances communication and accessibility across a diverse associate base.
