White Oak Manor Spartanburg is a beautiful 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center conveniently located on Pearl Street in Spartanburg, SC. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to become a valued part of our White Oak family. Position Summary The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing all facility-level HR functions, including: Employee recruitment and retention Benefits administration and management Payroll processing for facility staff Compliance with personnel policies and procedures Workers' compensation claims management Unemployment and EEOC compliance Employee relations support Policy enforcement and cross-functional support This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Schedule 🕒 Monday-Friday 8:30 AM
