Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for driving new business development, managing client accounts, and directly sourcing and placing employees to meet client workforce needs. This role combines sales, account management, and hands-on recruiting to deliver high-quality staffing solutions. The Account Manager is accountable for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and recruiting candidates to fulfill staffing requirements.
Essential Job Functions:
Account Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction. Partner with clients to understand workforce challenges, hiring needs, and long-term objectives. Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify additional staffing opportunities. Ensure smooth onboarding of employees and provide continuous service support. Recruitment & Sourcing Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen and interview applicants to evaluate skills, experience, and fit for client needs. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate communications, reference checks, and offer negotiation. Match candidates to client openings, ensuring placements meet client expectations and candidate career goals. Onboard employees, manage compliance documentation, and monitor assignment performance.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or sales/account management preferred but not required. Proven ability to manage the full sales and recruiting cycle (business development through placement). Strong sourcing and recruiting skills with demonstrated success placing candidates in client roles. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-driven with a strong work ethic. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications. Comfortable working in environments inside and outside of an office, including manufacturing and industrial facilities.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
