Human Resources Manager (Trucking)

Major corporation in the greater Knoxville TN area has immediate opening for an HR Manager in their Trucking / Transportation division. The HR Manager will ensure Driver Background Checks , Pre-Employment Medical Screenings, and DOT Physicals are coordinated and in compliance. Will be heavily involved in interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding new drivers. The HR Manager will also maintain employee benefit programs in addition to developing new programs focusing on retention, employee development, and training. Qualified candidates will have BS degree along with PHR or SPHR certification . Experience with FMCSA Compliance and Driver Qualification files is required. Must have previous experience in Truck Driving / Transportation industry or related Logistics field. This is an employer of choice with an excellent culture and professional leadership team.
