About the Role As a Business Partner on the U.S. People & Culture (P&C) team, you will help deliver PMI's people agenda and support the development of a high-performing manufacturing organization in Wilson, NC. As a member of the factory leadership team, you will partner with leaders and employees on workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and change management. Working closely with P&C colleagues across manufacturing sites and corporate functions, you will provide practical HR support in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Your Day-to-Day Support execution of
U.S. P&C
initiatives aligned with business priorities. Partner with leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, capability building, and talent pipeline needs. Support succession planning and workforce insights. Serve as a trusted P&C partner to leaders, managers, and employees. Coach managers on engagement, culture, team effectiveness, and leadership practices. Support change management initiatives that improve agility and performance. Coordinate engagement and employee listening initiatives. Support learning and development programs. Guide leaders on talent and performance practices. Advise employees on career development and growth opportunities. Support compliance with employment laws and company policies. Assist with employee relations matters and escalate complex issues as needed. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent, Total Rewards, and Employee Relations. Maintain people data, prepare reports, and identify process improvements. Who We're Looking For 8+ years of progressive HR experience. 5+ years in an HR Business Partner or HR leadership role within manufacturing; consumer goods experience preferred. Lean Manufacturing expertise (organizational pillar) is a strong advantage. Experience in large, matrixed and/or global organizations. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills. Experience with workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and talent development. Employee relations experience with sound judgment on escalation. Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
Annual Base Salary Range:
