Workforce Supervisor Hendrick Health - 3.6 Abilene, TX Job Details Full-time 11 hours ago Qualifications Staff supervision Team supervision Managing teams in a customer support role Staff scheduling HIPAA High school diploma or GED Clinical information systems Healthcare privacy protection Medical terminology Call center management Technical Proficiency Full Job Description The Workforce Supervisor is a hands-on leader responsible for coordinating daily staffing schedules while directly supervising the call center's Training and Quality Assurance (QA) functions. You will ensure that staffing levels meet patient demand and that the workforce is both technically proficient and clinically accurate.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education High School or equivalent Minimum Work Experience 3+ years in a contact center environment; with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role. Required Licenses/Certifications Required Skills; Knowledge; and
Abilities Healthcare Knowledge:
Familiarity with medical terminology; patient scheduling; and healthcare privacy laws (HIPAA).
Technical Skills:
Experience using WFM software (e.g.; Verint; NICE) and EMR platforms.
