Permanent, Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support strategic HR initiatives, drive process improvements, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies, lead complex projects, and identify opportunities to improve HR processes through data analysis, automation, and continuous improvement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build effective relationships across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead complex, high-impact HR projects and initiatives from planning through successful implementation. Define project scope, establish milestones, manage timelines, and monitor progress. Translate business objectives into practical HR strategies, initiatives, and implementation plans. Develop and support strategic HR operational roadmaps. Mentor junior HR professionals and delegate assignments based on skills, experience, and business priorities. Review team deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with objectives. Monitor HR and operational KPIs and use performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven process improvement recommendations. Support HR automation and technology initiatives that improve efficiency and measurable business outcomes. Review, update, and redesign SOPs and HR processes to meet evolving organizational needs. Evaluate existing processes, business requirements, and precedents to develop practical and sustainable solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and use negotiation skills to align expectations and facilitate collaboration. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation of HR initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Strategic HR Partner, or in a similar HR leadership role . Strong project management experience, with the ability to independently manage complex, high-impact initiatives. Experience mentoring HR professionals and effectively delegating responsibilities. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated experience with process improvement, workflow analysis, and HR automation . Experience evaluating and redesigning SOPs, policies, and business processes. Strong understanding of KPIs, HR metrics, and data-driven decision-making . Excellent communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Demonstrated ability to convert strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable results. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate combines strategic HR expertise, project leadership, analytical thinking, and process improvement skills . You should be comfortable working independently, influencing stakeholders, managing complex initiatives, and identifying practical solutions that improve HR effectiveness and business performance.
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
