Workforce Supervisor - Admissions Hendrick Health - 3.6 Abilene, TX Job Details Full-time 13 hours ago Qualifications Staff supervision Healthcare staff management Team supervision Managing teams in a customer support role Leading team collaboration initiatives Call center management Full Job Description The Workforce Supervisor is a hands-on leader responsible for coordinating daily staffing schedules while directly supervising the call center's Training and Quality Assurance (QA) functions. You will ensure that staffing levels meet patient demand and that the workforce is both technically proficient and clinicallyaccurate.
Qualifications Experience:
3+ years in a contact center environment; with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
Healthcare Knowledge:
Familiarity with medical terminology; patient scheduling; and healthcare privacy laws (HIPAA).
Technical Skills:
Experience using WFM software (e.g.; Verint; NICE) and EMR platforms.
