Manage payroll and administration processes. Develop and direct implementation of strategies for staffing, recruitment, training, and career management. Manage HR budget for recruitment, training, relocation and other areas of expenditure. Manage collection of HR data for reporting of performance metrics (monthly headcount, turnover, absenteeism, training hours, safety incidents). Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives. Oversee and lead implementation of HR policies, processes, and tools. Ensure compliance with quality and environmental operating systems, including
ISO 14001
quality standards. Ensure full compliance to health and safety rules and regulations. Manage performance management initiatives. Lead culture and engagement initiatives.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or closely related field of study, or foreign degree equivalent.

Three (3) years of experience in a HR position within an industrial or plant environment.

Must have some experience in each of the following:1)Ensuring adherence to employment laws and compliance requirements.2)Working with HR information and payroll systems.3)Performing conflict resolution and engaging in employee relations discussions.4)Managing full recruitment activities.
