Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR initiatives, shape organizational culture, and drive talent management excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of human resources, from talent acquisition and employee relations to compliance and organizational development. Your leadership will empower our teams to thrive, foster a positive work environment, and support our company's growth objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence company strategy through innovative HR practices and effective program management. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce development. Lead employee relations efforts by managing conflict resolution, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. Oversee compliance with employment laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), workers' compensation policies, and other labor regulations. Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to streamline HR processes including payroll, benefits administration, and data analysis. Supervise talent sourcing initiatives, including recruiting strategies, interviewing processes, onboarding programs, and employee orientation sessions. Drive performance management systems by establishing clear objectives, conducting evaluations, and implementing training & development programs to enhance employee skills. Skills Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law compliance requirements such as FMLA and OSHA regulations. Demonstrated supervising experience. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in HRIS platforms including UKG. Ability to lead organizational design efforts and implement strategic planning initiatives that support company growth. Knowledge of benefits administration including health plans, wellness programs, workers' compensation claims handling, and payroll systems.
