Responsibilities include supervision of part-time staff, budget management, course scheduling, and outreach. The manager works with ISD administrators and industry leaders to align programming with regional demand, prepares reports on enrollment, contact hours, revenue, expenses, and student satisfaction, maintains active involvement with regional organizations, and oversees the center's day-to-day operations to ensure effective service delivery. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field. Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Knowledge of workforce development, continuing education programming, budgeting, and K-12 and higher education systems, along with an understanding of regional industry and economic needs. Strong skills in project management, communication, relationship-building, data analysis, staff supervision, and outreach. Ability to build effective partnerships, assess community needs and translate them into programs, manage budgets and daily operations, adapt to changing priorities, and successfully handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
