A Human Resources Manager manages human resources functions for a company or organization, including the recruiting, hiring and training of employees. Works with executive management to develop and implement staffing and compensation plans and works to attract and retain qualified employees. Oversees training and development initiatives. Manages compensation and benefits structure and provides information to employees. Monitors compliance with employment-related regulations. Implements company policies and deals with staffing or disciplinary issues as needed.

Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business/Public Administration, or Social Science field. Experience Four (4) years of professional-level experience in compensation and job analysis/evaluation AND Three (3) years of management/supervisory responsibilities Equivalencies High school diploma or GED plus eight (8) years of the required experience, including three (3) years of the stated supervisory/management responsibilities, will meet the education and experience requirements. Associate degree in any field plus six (6) years of the required experience, including three (3) years of the stated supervisory/management responsibilities, will meet the education and experience requirements. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a non-specified field plus six (6) years of the required experience, including three (3) years of the stated supervisory/management responsibilities, will meet the education and experience requirements. Master's degree (or higher) in a specified field, plus two (2) years of the required experience, including three (3) years of the stated supervisory/management responsibilities, will meet the education and experience requirements. License Valid driver's license and good driving record. Salary Range $89,440.00 - $111,800.00 The salary listed on this job posting is the starting salary range; amount offered will depend upon qualifications.
