Location:
Flower Mound, TX 75028
Pay:
$21.00•23.00/hour
Schedule:
6:00 AM•2:30 PM or 7:00 AM•3:30 PM (based on business needs) Must be flexible to work weekends and additional hours as needed. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Onsite Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and support our workforce across two nearby distribution facilities. This role is responsible for managing attendance, employee performance, client communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse staffing operations across both locations. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and client management. Monitor attendance, productivity, and employee performance. Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and workforce assignments. Utilize VMS and ATS systems to manage employee and staffing activities. Resolve employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures. Support operational needs, including weekend coverage when required. Qualifications ✔ Must speak English and Spanish ✔ Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience required. ✔ Experience working with VMS and ATS platforms required. ✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. ✔ Flexible schedule, including weekends based on business needs. ✔ Reliable transportation to travel between both facilities.
Pay:
$21.00•$23.00 per hour
