Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding. Support employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, and employee engagement. Maintain HR policies, employee records, documentation, and compliance processes. Coordinate benefits, payroll-related changes, compensation activities, and background screening. Maintain HRIS data, reporting, SOPs, and HR process improvements. Partner with managers and leadership on employee matters and workforce needs. Handle corporate recruiting for open positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offers, and hiring. Manage the candidate-to-new-hire transition and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Track key HR and hiring metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes and employee experience.What We're Looking For:
5 9+ years of progressive HR experience. Strong hands-on experience with HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and HR compliance. Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced organization. Hands-on corporate/full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms. Strong communication, judgment, organization, and follow-through. Someone who is comfortable owning the work directly rather than primarily managing or delegating it.Benefits
