Works with executive management to develop and implement staffing and compensation plans and works to attract and retain qualified employees. Oversees training and development initiatives. Manages compensation and benefits structure and provides information to employees. Monitors compliance with employment-related regulations. Implements company policies and deals with staffing or disciplinary issues as needed.

Job Description
- Partner with the site HR Senior Director to design and execute the site's people strategy and HR initiatives.
- Act as a strategic HR partner and day-to-day resource for site leadership and employees.
- Own HR data, analytics, and reporting for the site — track key people metrics, spot trends, and present insights to the site leadership team.
- Support core HR processes for the site, including talent management, succession planning, performance and engagement programs, recruiting, compensation, and the technical career-ladder promotion process — communicating progress across the organization and partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) on these programs.
- Support global staffing initiatives, including short- and long-term assignments, permanent international transfers, and cross-site training collaborations with other Lilly sites or external partners.
- Design and deliver onboarding and new-employee orientation programs for the site.
- Shape culture and leadership-development strategies that improve employee engagement and performance.
- Contribute to Manufacturing & Quality (M&Q) HR projects across the broader Lilly network, sharing best practices and providing input on design and implementation.
- Identify and drive continuous-improvement opportunities across HR and site processes, systems, and tools.
- Support change management as the site grows — helping leaders communicate clearly and helping employees navigate periods of transition.
- Be a visible, approachable presence on-site — building relationships and staying close to the day-to-day pulse of the organization. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Business Partnership and/or supporting an HR Center of Excellence (COE) or relevant business area
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly is unable to sponsor or provide support for work authorization or visas for this role (including
F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM
OPT, J-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, or L-1) Preferred Qualifications- Experience in Human Resources and/or manufacturing site experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A track record of building rapport and influencing others
- Strong project-management and organizational skills, with flexibility to manage shifting priorities and workload
- Experience leading change management efforts
- Ability to use data and analytics to diagnose problems and evaluate the impact of changes
- Comfort with Workday and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), plus curiosity about AI tools and emerging technology
Additional Information:
- This is an onsite role at a manufacturing facility, Monday-Friday, with occasional evening/weekend work to support the site. Flexibility to work remotely up to 4 days per month.
- Minimal travel required.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $58,500 - $137,500 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
