- Senior People Business Partner

POSITION SUMMARY
- We are seeking an experienced Senior People Business Partner (i.e. Human Resources Business Partner) to develop and maintain consultative partnerships with company leaders in assigned business unit(s) and execute end-to-end delivery of People & Culture (P&C) operations, processes, and services.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- + Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on all People & Culture related matters, offering guidance and expertise to stakeholders across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Education & Experience
- + Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university in human resources or related field + MBA or MA/MS in human resources or related field, preferred + Minimum of 8 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role + Minimum of 3 years of experience resolving complex employee relations challenges + Thorough understanding of all areas of HR specifically in how the function makes a line of business successful utilizing talent management programs + Maintains in-depth, working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws + Proficiency in Microsoft Office required + Proficiency with HR information systems + Experience with Workday preferred + Experience in start-up environment preferred + SPHR, SHRM-SCP or PHR, preferred •Functional Skills•+ Must be credible and approachable working effectively with employees at all levels while remaining tactful and persuasive in time of uncertainty or in complex situations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on the task.
- Requirements
- + Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation. + Management has the prerogative to select at any level for which the position is advertised. + Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position. + Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet critical milestones.
- Physical Requirements
- + Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of the time) + May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
