• POSITION SUMMARY

• We are seeking an experienced Senior People Business Partner (i.e. Human Resources Business Partner) to develop and maintain consultative partnerships with company leaders in assigned business unit(s) and execute end-to-end delivery of People & Culture (P&C) operations, processes, and services.

• KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• + Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on all People & Culture related matters, offering guidance and expertise to stakeholders across the organization.

+ Collaborate closely with leadership to gain insights into business objectives, facilitating the development of people and culture-based strategies, aligned with organizational goals. + Partner with various People centers of excellence, including compensation, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, and learning and development, to deliver cohesive People & Culture solutions and initiatives. + Work with department heads to develop internal and external talent pipelines, emphasizing our commitment to building a high-performance workforce. + Utilize P&C metrics and conduct trends analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing employee engagement and retention. + Conduct ongoing input on departmental procedures to ensure compliance, consistency and effectiveness among employees. + Interpret company policies and conduct investigations into complaints while offering guidance and consultation to management. + Offer day-to-day agile performance management guidance to line management, including feedback, coaching/mentoring, counseling, career development, and progressive discipline. + Provide input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning, collaborating with stakeholders to drive organizational effectiveness. + Collaborate with management and employees to address performance or behavioral issues through documentation, goal setting, solution development, and corrective actions, including termination as necessary. + Enhance People & Culture service delivery to improve the employee experience while cultivating employee relationships and engagement through proactive initiatives. + Facilitate the development and implementation of action plans and People & Culture projects in partnership with the management team to boost employee engagement. + Proficient in managing FMLA, unpaid and paid leave, and reviewing and processing ADA accommodation requests ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. + Lead and support change initiatives across the organization. + Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through proactive communication, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives. + Perform additional job duties as assigned.

• Education & Experience
• + Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university in human resources or related field + MBA or MA/MS in human resources or related field, preferred + Minimum of 8 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role + Minimum of 3 years of experience resolving complex employee relations challenges + Thorough understanding of all areas of HR specifically in how the function makes a line of business successful utilizing talent management programs + Maintains in-depth, working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws + Proficiency in Microsoft Office required + Proficiency with HR information systems + Experience with Workday preferred + Experience in start-up environment preferred + SPHR, SHRM-SCP or PHR, preferred •Functional Skills•+ Must be credible and approachable working effectively with employees at all levels while remaining tactful and persuasive in time of uncertainty or in complex situations.
